Terms of Service

By accessing or using ApiForge in any form — desktop application, web browser app, VS Code extension, or Chrome extension — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ApiForge is a local-first, lightweight API client available across multiple platforms:

• macOS desktop application
• Web browser application
• VS Code extension
• Chrome browser extension

ApiForge offers a free tier with core functionality and a paid tier with additional features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

A user account is not required to use core features of ApiForge. Certain paid or cloud-synced features may require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use ApiForge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary components.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense paid features without written permission.

The core of ApiForge is released under the MIT License. Certain features, integrations, and proprietary components may be subject to separate licensing terms. The ApiForge name, logo, and branding are trademarks of their respective owners.

ApiForge integrates AI-powered features via Claude (by Anthropic). When you use these features:

• Your API request data may be sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.
• Anthropic's usage policies apply to all AI-assisted interactions.
• AI-generated outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed before production use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

Paid features are processed through Polar.sh, our payment provider. By making a purchase you agree to Polar.sh's terms of service. All prices are displayed at checkout.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting codeloomdevv@gmail.com. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

ApiForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApiForge and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ApiForge at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Because ApiForge is local-first, your locally stored data remains on your device.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
